At DrGolfRX, your experience with us begins at this website by downloading the patient intake forms and bringing them to the office at your initial visit. You will be greeted warmly by our staff and brought back to have your swing videotaped.  After we take a look at the videotape of your swing, we will then perform a Functional Golf Assessment and advise you on the best course of action, which could be:

1. DrGolfRX treatment package
2. Some form of diagnostic imaging (less than 10% of
   patients we see)
3. Referral for golf lessons (if you pass the FGA)

Your initial visit with DrGolfRX takes one hour and the following visits take 15 or 30 minutes depending on the specifics of the case. Please wear loose fitting clothing and bring shorts (if you are not already wearing them) because our screens require that your clothing isn’t restrictive.  Be advised, the doctors almost always require you to do some sort of exercise as part of your care, and the prescribed exercises are always crucial for improving your body function.
